Karrueche Tran was at the 2012 American Music Awards on Sunday supporting Chris Brown. Does Rihanna know? Chris gave a stellar performance at the AMAs. Did any of the home viewers realize Karrueche was there?
According to a report from Hollywood Life, it seems Karrueche watched the show from back stage, and she wasn't there as Breezy's guest. It's uncertain how she managed to get in. Chris Brown--in true Justin Bieber fashion--brought his mom, Joyce Hawkins, as his guest.
"Quiet as
it's kept, Karrueche was there." A source says, "She kept a low profile and was backstage not trying to be all in front of the cameras or with Chris...It wasn't about them being together or anything like that, it was just a night to have fun.
Karrueche and Chris never made personal contact during the AMAs.
"No, she didn't even see him. Crazy, I know, but they texted a little and that was it. She was just glad she got to watch him perform and support," the source says. "I'm telling you though, it wasn't...about them being together or anything. Chris was with his mom and [Karrueche] respects that and gave them their space. That's it and that's all."
Is Karrueche Tran becoming a crazy Chris Brown groupie, or is she so desperate for his love that she lends her support in any way she can? It doesn't sound like she's completely obsessive--otherwise she would have insisted on seeing Chris.
