You've heard the old adage 'Barefoot and pregnant--' right? Kim Kardashian is taking it to a new level with her 'pantyless and pregnant' look--and it's not nearly as flattering.

According to a report from RadarOnline, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star went to the gym for the second day in the row following Kanye West's announcement of her pregnancy. However this time she appears to have left a very important wardrobe staple behind--one that showed her ample behind in the right light.

Kim was spotted headed in to Tracy Anderson's workout studio, and the view from behind--sans any panties--was enough to detract onlookers from any little baby bump she might be sporting in these early mont
