, his birthday is a definite culmination of huge events.
Zayn and his band mates will soon be back on tour again—this time visiting places in the world most of them have never been. Their second album Take Me Home debuted in November to rave reviews and already some of the tracks on that record have or are climbing the solo charts. The latest hit, Kiss You, recently debuted as a music video and features the guys in dapper sailor suits dancing across the screen.
How might turning a double digit impact the member of a boy band? Will teenage girls suddenly believe Zayn is too old for their affections or will the appeal only heighten? Don't forget that the Backstreet Boys were old older than the 1D guys at the height of their careers. And look at the ages of recent boy band comeback New Kids on the Block. Even though their tour was short lived, they raked in huge bucks and big audiences during their comeback tour.
Regardless how Zayn Malik celebrates his 20th birthday on Saturday, he has lots to celebrate. Hopefully it's in the company of those who love him.
