Farrah Abraham may love to be in front of the camera, but she also has other talents, specifically cooking. This reality show star can whip up some amazing recipes and she recently opened up to Skinny Twinkie about her culinary style!
There is no doubt that the Teen Mom looks great and many wonder how she keeps her body in great shape. She reveals that she doesn't count calories Â—seriously! Of course, people trying to lose weight always start with the calorie counting, but Farrah doesn't recommend that, but instead says to opt for raw foods when grocery shopping. She also urges people to never skip breakfast and to go with something like oatmeal because it can easily be dressed up in flavorful ways!
Farrah also has shared some workouts with fans and urges them to keep up with them. The best part is you don't need a home gym to stay in shape (although Farrah admits that she does have one of those!). She has shared some videos on YouTube, some of which show moms how to work out with their kids. Most moms struggle with getting to the gym, but Farrah's workouts are a great way to stay in shape and involve your kids.
Perhaps the most intersting thing about Farrah these days is that she is focusing more on her culinary career than anything else. She was recently selected as a Golden Ladle judge and has been busy promoting her pasta sauce. Even though she has a lot of endeavors that she wants to pursue, cooking is one of her best!
