Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's baby fat has reportedly been photoshopped from her latest Kalyan Jewellers ad. Ash has been the beautiful face of the jewelry business for some time now but it wasn't the shiny gems or anything in the photo which caused jaws to drop. 
It was the lack of roundness in Bachchan's jaw line and neck which was too obvious to ignore. The ad is beautiful but it's not exactly realistic to what Ash looks like today.
Now, there are some fans angered over the photoshopping but it's not Aishwarya Rai Bachchan who should feel their force. It's Kalyan Jewellers. Ash merely poses for these photos. Her role ends there. She doesn't have any control over what happens to them after she leaves.
It was Kalyan Jewellers who decided to take their true gem and slice and dice it into a skinnier version of itself. Nothing is ever good enough anymore, is it?
