Poor Selena Gomez. As Valentine's Day approaches, the Spring Breakers star will find herself for the first time in two years sans her uber famous perfect "Boyfriend" Justin Bieber. How different this V-Day will be from the previous two, which were no doubt filled with romance, flowers, boxes of chocolates, and of course Valentines. Or not. According to La Gomez, this officially Bieber-less Valentine's Day will be pretty much the same as the last two. According to Celeb Dirty laundry, Selena tattled in a recent In Touch magazine interview, that JB wasn't big on celebrating Valentine's Day. Or even acknowledging it's existence. In fact, the former Disney darling claims Biebs never celebrated Valentine's Day with her nor did he send her cards or gifts. Not once in two years. Ouch. Looks like Selena's version of the truth has hit the fan.
"I've never had a Valentine's Day ever," whined Selena to In Touch. "Actually I've never had a Valentine."
So there you have it. It must have hurt when Selena Gomez's significant other repeatedly failed to "take notice of the significance [of Valentine's Day] and totally blew it off! It must suck to get Valentine's Day wishes from fans but nothing from your boyfriend!" On the other hand, perhaps women need to lighten (and grow) up a little. Seriously ladies, if ignoring Valentine's Day or forgetting your birthday or anniversary is the worst thing your husband or boyfriend ever does to you, maybe you should consider yourself blessed. As long as he doesn't abuse you physically, verbally, psychologically, financially, and/or sexually, you should consider yourself ahead of the game.
Just saying.
