A pregnant Kim Kardashian has officially sold her Beverly Hills home. The mom-to-be was finally able to get a buyer to agree to a deal after the home sat on the market for 9 months. Times are tough even for reality TV stars with famous cribs for sale!
E! Online reported that Kim K's home was sold off within the past 48 hours to an undisclosed buyer with the price unknown. Kim reportedly paid $3.4 million for the pad back in 2010 and it's estimated it sold for close to $5 million for the "Tuscan-style mansion."
So now it will be from Beverly Hills to Bel Air for Kim, where she and Kanye will have an $11 million mansion to live in. The couple is expecting their first child in July of this year, and may be devoting some of the extra 5,000 square feet of living space to a nursery.
