"The Real Housewives of New York" star LuAnn De Lesseps has been on the show since the very beginning, coming across as the Countess during the first couple of seasons. However, it sounds like her storyline of trying to get pregnant with her new boyfriend Jacques wasn't interesting enough last season to keep fans coming back. Bravo has just announced a new season of the show, but no official word on the casting has been made public. But it sounds like some of the housewives are not welcomed back, because some of the originals are not invited to the Bravo Upfront party, which just so happens to be tonight.
According to a new Naughty But Nice Rob report released on April 3, "The Real Housewives of New York" star LuAnn De Lesseps isn't invited to the party, and it sounds like Ramona Singer isn't on the guest list either. Of course, the former housewives aren't keeping silent about their disappointment in the network. "It's cruel to invite the entire family to a party and deliberately leave out a few," one of the stars of the show has revealed in confidence to the website. "What makes it even more upsetting is Bravo have invited Carole Radziwill. Plus Sonja Morgan just filmed the Bravo summer commercial, but the rest of the New York cast have been excluded."
Two of the housewives, Sonja Morgan and Carole Radziwill, are both attending the event tonight, which is upsetting to LuAnn. "It is so upsetting to have worked for a company for many years and to be told nothing. They didn't have the decency to pick up a phone and say you are getting fired," a friend of Countess LuAnn has revealed to the website. "We are all keeping our schedules open in case we still have our jobs but it's time we were told the truth and allowed to move on with our lives. Although, it does hurt to know we have not been invited to the party." Are you surprised that Bravo is only inviting Sonja and Carole back on the show?
